For those who seek efficiency and convenience in a riding lawn mower, the Husqvarna RZ4216 may just be the ideal grass cutting gear. From the leading manufacturer of garden equipment, Husqvarna introduces its new addition to the family – a zero-turn riding lawn mower dedicated to provide optimum performance on most yard terrains.

The Husqvarna RZ4216 is comparable to the Husqvarna RZ4222F in terms of being a zero-turn lawn mower and its deck size of 42 inches. However, the latter is 6hp more powerful than that former so those who are planning to purchase the RZ4216 model must first consider the lawn size. It is also advisable to read several riding lawn mower reviews in order to have a clearer picture on the product. This article will detail the key features of the Husqvarna tractor mower, plus the pros and cons of the product.

Product Overview

The Husqvarna RZ4216 zero-turn riding lawn mower is powered by a 16.5hp Briggs and Stratton Endurance Series engine that guarantees efficient mowing and durability for years to come, even with frequent use. Equipped with the manufacturer’s innovated air induction mowing technology and maintenance-free Hydro-Gear EZT transmission, this equipment delivers consistent cut, enhanced grass clipping discharge, and improved grass lift as the air is efficiently circulated within the deck.

This zero-turn riding lawn mower features a unique steering system that enables the rear wheels to swing in beneath the equipment, providing excellent maneuverability. It also has ergonomically designed adjustable seat and foam-padded steering levers promotes ease in usage in different circumstances. Plus, the Husqvarna RZ4216 highlights an impressive deck wash port allowing the user to connect the water hose to the port to clean the bottom of the deck.

Pros of the Husqvarna RZ4216 42-Inch 16.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower:

• Powerful Briggs and Stratton engine for superior grass cutting performance on residential lawns
• Efficient trimming system with air induction mowing technology and Hydro-Gear EXT transmission

Cons of Husqvarna RZ4216 42-Inch 16.5 HP Briggs & Stratton Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower:

Generally, most Husqvarna RZ4216 riding lawn mower reviews would only attest the advantages of the product. Apparently, there are no evident drawbacks concerning the equipment, just a certain relative complaints about the idler pulley that keeps on throwing the belt. This model is quite wide because of the large discharge shaft. If you want a smaller tractor mower for your lawn, you may want to consider other models such as the Husqvarna RZ3016 zero-turn lawn mower.

Indeed, the Husqvarna RZ4216 packs the punch, the efficiency, and the convenience anyone wishes for in a riding lawn mower.

Here is my answer to Tipple’s MBA Essay Question:

My near term goal is to broaden my understanding of business through either a managerial consulting experience, or through work experience in an Innovative and forward looking company.

First and foremost, Tipple MBA would help me broaden my understanding of business through direct interaction with professors and students, which would facilitate learning of new ideas and concepts, and thus help my personal growth as a manager.

Obtaining MBA from Tipple would help me land a type of job that would allow me to further grow as manager who relies on analytical and creative ways of thinking to problem solve and lead organization to success.

Once I feel fully grounded as a manager, and as a leader, I would venture out on my own to start my own company in one of the following: High Tech or IT start up, Natural Healing Office, Ballroom Dancing School, or a Specialty Coffee Shop.

I have helped to co-start two successful small businesses in Massachusetts.

When I finished my tour of duty in Iraq, my brother and I co-started a Green Metal Roofing company – http//www.metalshingleroof.com/ (started in 2006) – 1st page in Google for Metal Roofing

This past May we started a Search Engine Marketing company – Boston SEO Consulting Inc., which provides internet marketing solutions for small businesses.

We have also started a successful Web App – http://www.RoofingCalculator.org, and a Construction Business Directory – http://www.AllConstructionDirectory.com/

These experiences along with my US Army leadership experience as a non-commissioned officer in Iraq, make me a solid MBA applicant and a future hire.

As a former Non-Commissioned Officer and the US Army Veteran, I bring with me my military experience, and small group leadership experience.

As a co-founder of two small companies in Massachusetts, I bring my successful entrepreneurial and managerial experience. My brother and I have founded two companies:

  •   Boston SEO Consulting Inc. – A Search Engine Marketing Company providing search engine optimization, search engine marketing and SEO consulting services to small and mid-size businesses.

I have majored in International Management at Rhode Island College. IBS MBA program at Brandeis University would allow me to continue building upon what I have already learned as an undergrad at RIC.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers About Vinyl Siding

Question: What is vinyl siding?

Answer: Vinyl siding is made from an impact-resistant material known as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which has become the leading choice for consumer and commercial building products.

Question: Why should I consider vinyl siding in my building and restoration projects?

Answer: Vinyl siding is not only strong and maintains rigidity, but also requires little maintenance. There is no need to worry about peeling paint or the need to paint, as you might with wooden siding. It is resistant to rotting and is designed for proper ventilation. The bottom siding edges contain pre-drilled weep-holes that allow proper drainage for any condensation that occurs. With proper preparation, you can replace rotting siding with vinyl siding so that moisture causing rotting can be kept under control. With restoration and with proper treatment, existing problems can be minimized. It may require some replacement of underlying moisture-damaged materials or materials that have been damaged by insects, before replacing the outer siding with a vinyl siding to help in eliminating any future problems.

Question: Does vinyl siding interfere with television or other electronic reception in my home?

Answer: No, there have not been any problems with vinyl siding causing interference.

Question: How does vinyl siding compare to other types of siding?

Answer: Siding can also be made from varying materials like wood, hard board (a high-density fiberboard) and metals like aluminum and steel. The advantage of vinyl siding is that it can simulate the appearance of wood, looks attractive, is a long-lasting durable product and is easy to install and maintain. The other types of siding do not offer all of these important features.

Question: How much does it cost?

Answer: The cost of using vinyl siding is considered less expensive than using other types of siding. Other siding materials like wood or hard board siding require more upkeep. Vinyl siding lasts upwards of 40 years and does not require the labor and other costs associated with sanding and painting that is required for other types of siding. Not only do you save money on the expense of painting every few years, but you also save the time if you do this yourself. Any costs for vinyl siding compared to other siding options, will certainly be less over the long term when you factor in the savings from not having to paint or replace sections that deteriorate because of moisture or insect damage.

Question: Can I install vinyl siding myself and what suggestions do you have for doing so?

Answer: Vinyl siding is easy to install, but requires that you keep in mind that siding contracts and expands with varying temperature changes. Avoid installing too tight; allow about 1/32 of inch between the siding and the head of the nail. Allow for a 1/4 inch gap between the vinyl and where it joins to the “j-channel” which you have already placed around doors and windows. This will prevent the vinyl from buckling or tearing. It is also a good idea to install the siding from the bottom up and to align that first piece of siding in a level position.

I have made it a habit, to post and share some of the essays that I’ve written from the “heart”. Below is my response to the first essay question on the application to the IBS MBA program at Brandeis University:

What international/cross-cultural experiences will you bring to Brandeis International Business School and how will this contribute to the classroom?

Keep in mind that I have written my answer from the heart, it is the only way to provide an authentic response for the Admission Council…

Having grown up in Moscow, Russia during “Perestroika” (Restructuring), I have witnessed the collapse of the former Soviet Union, as well as the collapse of cultural norms, severe unemployment, pre and post Soviet Union anti-Semitism, sever inflation and devaluation of money, and two civil wars.

I grew up in single parent household, and I have personally tasted and experienced real hardships including occasional & frequent hunger, humbling poverty, fear, discrimination, and anti-Semitism.

From my very early childhood, I became aware of the significance & importance of social fairness. I have also made a profound and deeply felt realization that a small business and entrepreneurship is truly necessary in order to foster some growth during tough economic times.

I have started out my small business ventures by selling ice cream on the commuter rail trains in Moscow. I was only 12 at the time. I would be walking the train, and selling ice cream to the people taking the commuter rail train to get home after work.

For me this was an after school entrepreneurial activity and a test of character. Moscow was a dangerous city, and I desperately needed some money to buy a pair of wrestling shoes in order to be able to participate in the official wrestling tournaments in Moscow. At the time, it was my coveted dream to make a name for myself as an amateur wrestler in order to escape poverty and hopelessness, which has been surrounding me ever since I can remember.

As a youngster, I did not do well in school due to the lack of parental supervision and involvement. Later, I also came to learn that I am right brain dominant, which requires a much disciplined approach to learning on my part. I have also suffered a severe head trauma in accident as a young child.

Needless to say, school was a real pain for me from my early days. I was poorly dressed compared to my classmates, slow at learning, and generally discouraged by the whole atmosphere surrounding me at my school in Moscow.

Thus, a shot at becoming a high level athlete held a lot of promise for me, and I relentlessly pursued my dream. Until, I fell a victim to my own inability to deal with the fact that I was poor, and did not have a Mom. It was when my wrestling coach, made a well-meaning comment praising me in front of other kids as a “hardworking kid who helps his Dad and works hard in the wrestling room despite being poor and not having a Mom…” At the time, hearing this in front of other kids really hurt and embarrassed me… Regretfully, I quit the sport on that fateful day.

Without a doubt, it was a tough loss for me. Wrestling was the only thing I had going for me at the time, and quitting meant that I have abandoned my dream. However, I persevered and graduated from the middle school.

When, I was 16 (almost 17) my Dad moved our family to the US. My brother and I started high school in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. We learned English and started a new life in the states.

Now, having co-started two small companies in the US, I continue writing my story and work hard every day to build upon successes and failures that define my life.

They say, a champion is a person who has lost a lot. I am not a champion, but I never stop trying. I would bring my international experience, tenaciousness, compassion, courage and passion to the IBS MBA program at Brandeis University.
